The Company itself was established in 1986 with a view to provide the servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment to buildings of all types.
Over the years Psychro Management have worked for most of the larger companies of Chartered Surveyors, Facilities Managers, End Users and Building Developers. To enable the success of the Company, dedication has been given to the requirements of it’s clients, the labour it employs and the strictest compliance to all legislation specifically the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Membership of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association ensures that all changes, refreshers, advice and recommendations of changes to any legislation are highlighted immediately, with advice on how to comply and where necessary the relevant revised paperwork is issued.
The Company is also accredited to SafeContractor and Constructionline who each audit the company’s procedures to ensure continued compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act . All employees when first employed are given an induction pack, which centers on all Health and Safety issues. During continued employment all employees are regularly updated and trained on any changes and improvements to the Health and Safety System, by means of Toolbox talks, courses and demonstrations to ensure continued knowledge and compliance. All employees work under the proviso that they will not carry out any operation or use any piece of equipment which they consider unsafe or that they are not competent in using or doing.
