Computerised Building & Energy Management Systems
Psychro Management are able to design and install computerised building and energy management systems and associated equipment. We will produce an outline specification with viability costing for a building management system at no charge and without obligation.
In addition to supplying and installing a computerised management system we are able to offer a remote 'Bureau' service, which can include 24 hour monitoring using a central supervisor, located at our Head Office.
The central supervisor is in regular communication with remote stations via the standard telephone network. The status of the plant is regularly updated and relayed to the supervisor. Local temperatures, fuel consumption, space conditions, plant status and control parameters etc. are monitored and logged.
As an alternative to the 'Bureau' service, some clients prefer to install their own central supervisor on site of at their Head Office. In these instances we can supply a complete turn-key package.
